We are not a government agency, a licensing authority, a driving school, or an official examination provider, and we are not authorised to issue any permit, licence, certificate or credential.
2. Maine Permit Test Prep — no government affiliation
Maine Permit Test Prep is an independent study product. Kinetic Takeover Education and Kinetic Takeover LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) or the State of Maine. The product is not official, not state-approved and not BMV-approved, it does not satisfy any required driver-education or classroom requirement, and completing it does not register you for, schedule, or entitle you to any examination or permit.
3. Practice questions are not official examination content
Our practice questions, explanations and practice exams are written or curated by us as study aids. They are not actual examination questions, are not drawn from any official question bank, and are not reproduced from any government publication. Wording, format, question counts and passing thresholds on an official examination may differ from ours.

Scores, pass rates within the app, streaks and weak-area analysis measure only your performance inside this platform.
